Rocket City, 1957: The Sputnik Shock set off the Space Race between the US and USSR inspiring kids across the country to become astronauts and rocket engineers. LVC-SS19 tells the true story of James Blackmon who built rockets in a shed, was discovered by Werner von Braun and became a NASA propulsion engineer. Shot on various location in Huntsville, Alabama in collaboration with the NASA Space Centre.
Metropolis, 1930: Dedicated to the people who built the Chrysler and Empire State buildings. Photographed in London with real steel erectors as well as actors taking roles as architects based on characters in Ayn Rand’s Fountainhead.

Blue Note, 1961: A homage to the groundbreaking music that came out of the Van Geldern Studio and a homage to the legendary record label, covers and photography of Francis Wolff.
Rockers, 1970: The Roots Reggae revival in Jamaica repurposed soul music coming out of the US, that also happened to clothes that were shipped over in barrels, many of them from Levi’s. LVC-FW18 was produced on original locations in Kingston with local musicians.
